Paris for a weekend

Two days in Paris that cover the city's most iconic landmarks, from the hilltop streets of Montmartre to the banks of the Seine. The first day leads from Sacré-Cœur down through the old quarters to Notre-Dame, then along the Champs-Élysées to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower glowing at dusk. The pace is full but manageable, with enough variety to keep the energy up. Ideal for a first visit or a return trip to reconnect with the essentials. Note that the Louvre is closed on Tuesdays, so plan your days accordingly.
