Roman Heritage of Le Vieil-Évreux

Discover the extraordinary Gisacum Archaeological Site, the only hexagonal Roman city in the world, featuring beautifully preserved 2nd-3rd century thermal baths and an interpretation center with fascinating exhibits. This unique sanctuary town once covered 250 hectares and was dedicated to the god Gisacus, serving as a major religious and leisure center in Roman Gaul.
