About Juno Beach Centre
Canada's only museum on the D-Day landing beaches, located on the actual shore where Canadian forces landed on June 6, 1944. The centre opened in 2003, founded by Canadian veterans and volunteers to honor the 45,000 Canadians who died during World War II. The permanent exhibition covers Canada's civil and military war effort through interactive displays, personal stories, artifacts, and archival footage.
