About Our Lady of Victories Church
This neoclassical church sits at the highest point of Trouville-sur-Mer, built between 1843 and 1848 during the town's transformation into a fashionable seaside resort. Designed by architect Desplen in a Latin cross plan, the building features Tuscan columns separating the nave from side aisles and an elaborate four-level facade with a decorated portal. The interior houses two exceptional Cavaillé-Coll organs from 1870 and 1894, considered among the finest examples of the renowned organ builder's work.

The grand organ was reportedly played by the future Pope Pius X when he was still the Bishop of Mantua. The instrument was originally displayed as an exhibition piece before being installed in the church, and famous organist Louis Vierne presented it to the public.
